Finely crafted inside a splendid villa of the late 1700s, Palazzo Renzi is the only Historic Residence on the island of Capraia that has adapted the elegance of the original architecture to the comfort of modern suites.
The villa was home of Guerrazzi, secretary of Garibaldi, then seat of the Regia Prefettura during the Kingdom of Italy and transformed into a structure destined for hospitality in the early '80s. Protected by the Supertendenza to Fine Arts, the Palace is located in the village of Capraia, facing the imposing mole of Fort San Giorgio, from Genoa and a few steps from all services and shops of the town. Strategic as location, Renzi Palace is close to both to reach the sea slopes, all included within 5/10 minutes walk, either to start a walk or a trekking route, with the departure of the main path a few steps. Inside the rooms, while retaining the same unique standard of living, have each a different composition. 1° and 2° floor with sea view on the bay of the port (north side ) or view on the Fort San Giorgio and the sea arm towards the Island of Elba ( south side ).

Suite for 2 or 3 people: composed of small double bedroom, living room with single sofa bed, kitchenette equipped peninsula, bathroom with shower, tv.

Suite for 2 or 3 people: composed of a double bedroom, living room with sofa bed, small equipped kitchenette, bathroom with shower, tv.

Suite for 4 people standard: composed of a double bedroom, living room with double sofa bed, small equipped kitchenette, bathroom with shower, tv.

Suite for 4 people Superior: small room with double bed and panoramic balcony, large living room with double sofa bed, kitchenette, bathroom with shower, TV, private terrace furnished with table and chairs, the highest on the island, from which you can enjoy an extraordinary panorama.

Suite for 6 people: composed of two double bedrooms, living room with double sofa bed, two bathrooms with shower, equipped kitchenette, TV.
